I just look at this wod and think "Ring dip sandwich." To be fair, the bread is hearty, whole grain stuff, probably with lots of seeds, maybe even made of spelt, but the ring dips are definitely the roast beef.
From memory, I think that's about 3 minutes faster.
The best part was I could at least maintain doubles the whole way through. I might be able to make it through the pull up portion of Angie in 20 minutes.
The spotter is on his toes, his knees are too forward, his stance isn't nearly wide enough, his head position is too far back, and he's wearing a shirt that says Navy.
