Good idea for the strongman class... bench press with kettlebells hanging from the bar, except make the chains long so that as you approach lockout the bells come off the ground and add an additional X pounds.
At the top every hour, for 24 hours drink as much beer as possible in 10 minutes.
OR
At the top of every even hour for 24 hours drink as much beer as possible in 10 minutes, at the top of every odd hour for 24 hours eat as many burgers/hot dogs as possible.
OR for the real warriors out there...
At the top of every hour for 24 hours, drink as much beer in 10 minutes as possible, eat 2 burgers (or hot dogs), and complete Fran.
Even the half runs were a beast! It would be interesting to have this towards the end of the summer to see how we (okay, I) have improved after training in the heat and humidity all summer.

Great job on making it through the 40-60 mins of Recon. What a fun tribute to the Kiwi's!
