I feel like I've surfed to the end of the internet with being couped up for so many days now. Anyway, came across this interesting blog post over here.
Mark Matyazic placed 2nd at the Javelina Jundred 100 Mile run, chalking up a time of 17:22:09. He trained the AnaerobicEndurance (aka Crossfit Endurance) way. No details yet about his training, but you can bet it was not the traditional long slow distance high weekly mileage plan.
Endurance capacity training via Anaerobic Method is critical, and we have something in-the-works here at CrossFit Diesel to supplement our athletes training.
