so sorry i missed this one! i did a hybrid version at home:

- 15 chest press on bowflex
- 15 lat pulldowns on bowflex
- 25 "kettlebell swings" using a 10lb dumbbell (it's the heaviest i have! sad.)
- 10 burpees

repeated 3 times
