so sorry i missed this one! i did a hybrid version at home: - 15 chest press on bowflex- 15 lat pulldowns on bowflex- 25 "kettlebell swings" using a 10lb dumbbell (it's the heaviest i have! sad.)- 10 burpeesrepeated 3 times
