My mind is up to the challenge but my body is saying to way in hell. Right now my focus it to just try an make it through the day.

Pat - We'll likely have more Tee's a month or two before the Weightlifting Cert in June. Likely the "Coffee" color, if it is available

Very tempting Even but just can't do it. Doctor appointment tomorrow so hopefully I will be feeling better soon then I will can kick some Burpee Butt.

Mandi, that's an awesome pic! Steve, I always thought you were a man of reason, now I realize you're sick. Got to learn to do burpees the diesel way, because my knees look like I'm a victim of domestic abuse.
