Two of me least favorite things DUs(Not like DU are in my vocabulary because I can't even do SUs yet) and Push Jerks. I think I may be using the same weight as Lindsay. Looks like tonight will be 10 mins of hell but at least it is only 10 mins.

i am totally bummed that i can't do this prescribed. the most i can push jerk i think is 85-90 lbs. :(

I don't think I've actually tried DUs yet...should be an interesting workout!
