Box Squat

2-2-2-2-2

Squat to a box 1" below parallel. Momentarily Disengage hip flexors, then shift to stand.
DO NOT DUMP THE BARBELL!

Interesting article in nature about running barefoot. Looks like I have to get me a pair of five fingers.

I'd go with push-ups, double-unders, & running.

Oh, and for those that don't know - GOAT is a slang term for exercises that you need to work on.

I'm inclined to agree with Jason. Using Evan's broad definition, my goat is any exercise more difficult than breathing. DU's are a skill I have not mastered yet, burpees flat out suck, 5K runs are not my favorite, thrusters and wall ball are smokers. My real goat, that I can say definitively is flexibility. Those of you that watch me when we do group stretching get a good laugh, and I think Evan enjoys seeing me wince.

Hands down burpees, wallball, rope climb (though it's getting better), snatch, clean, running (i'm going with the "it's cold out so I'm not doing it" approach for the moment).
