WOD - Deadlift Ladder
Suggested Start at 225#m/ 135#w
Perform 1 deadlift every minute. Increase load by 10# for each lift until failure.
Logistics - Lifters will lift in pairs, alternating every 30 seconds, & increase loads between rounds.
