Learned a few things doing my first WOD on my own, not at CFD
1) People look at you funny when you do a CF workout at a "normal" gym
2) Working out on your own sucks, I totally missed the motivation I get from working out with everyone else
3) Burpees suck hard no matter where you are

T - the Sparta WOD is 33 Burpees, 33 Knees to Elbows then 33 Wall Balls at 3 rounds for time. Total of 299 reps of exercise to which Dan and I added in an additional wall ball to make it an even 300.
