5 Rounds for time:

20 Pull-Ups
30 Push-Ups
40 Sit-Ups
50 Squats

This WOD will be run in 2 alternating heats. Your group will rest while the other performs their round & vice-versa.

(Post the time for each round to comments)

HAHAHAHA. This will be fun...250 squats, 200 situps, etc. It'll leave me limping in pain and take me out of classes for the rest of the week.

This is a variation that is close enough to the official Rx of Barbara.
3 Min heats. Failure to complete a round in under 3 minutes is a DNF, so folks should take that into consideration if they are on the fence about scaling.

For example - Here are some times and comments posted from Kelly Moore and OPT:

Kipping pullups, chest touching deck pushups, anchored situps, Dynamax to full hip extension squats.

With these times, these two athletes would have closer to ~3:30 min of rest. Match there performances and your hangin' with the big dogs!

Oh, I should also note that this will be CF Diesel's official version of the Barbara WOD. I believe the differences in ours and .com's to be negligible - And the benefits to completing the WOD in under 3 minutes to be tremendous.

Why am I lead to believe the hardest part of this workout will be the push-ups and sit-ups during rounds 3,4,5?

Having cyclical pull-ups should help allot.

Scoring: Say a person made there 1st 3 rounds and then got partway through the squats in 4 and partway through the sit-ups in 5. There score might look something like:

2:33/ 2:29/ 2:47/ 110 reps/ 87 reps

We need better lighting in the parking lot. Pukie snuck up behind me and jumped me several times. And then he made me pull over on my way home. He came out of nowhere. I hate that guy!
