Hmmmmm...I hear "Cindy" is a real slut...twenty minutes with her and you'll be feeling nice for days! She and "Angie" definitely have a lot in common. I can't wait for this one!
Which one are handstand push ups?
Does it mean your subtle brainwashing is working that I am seriously considering coming today instead of tomorrow?

Lindsay's 1st time with Cindy...
Hmm, worst that's felt in a while, 2 cf workouts in 6 weeks I guess will do that. 20 rds plus 5 pullups, performed in my bedroom which made it convenient to immediately strip nude and take a cold shower to avoid pukie or heat stroke in my AC apartment. Yay crossfit.

Yeah, I feel like I, and most, could probably work up to over 30 if I interspersed Cindy in there more frequently than usual, basically training for it. Numbers over 35 though are superhuman, I really don't ever see myself getting there.
