Well, my lats are about recovered from Angie, so I guess this WOD makes perfect sense . . . I just won't plan to reach for anything above my head this weekend and I'll be good.
I've been playing around on CrossFit PeachTree this morning and can not stop laughing at some of their posts. They have some true characters in their gym! Here is one of my favorites from today's "surprise" WOD from Jenny:
"Freaking awesome…surprise…it’s probably OHS, Thrusters and shoulder rips…for those of you who don’t know, shoulder rips is where you go in the gym and cut out your shoulder and leave it in a bloody heap on the floor. I feel like I did shoulder rips all week! :D
Death by Crossfit should be a new form of capital punishment!"
Did this one earlier today as I was testing one of our rowers, post-monitor reset. Fun! And we might have 2 working rowers for this one. I successfully rowed 1000m twice on the C2 with the monitor that cuts out.
Also, next time we'll include 30 shoulder rips for time :)

cant believe im actually saying this....but my hands and upper body cant handle anymore pullups this week :(

i did jackie back in the day with bands...its probably one of my favorites! i love rowing! have fun everyone
