Wow I can never look at another girl named Fran or Frances the same ever again. How long before I can straighten my arms out? On a lighter note, I must be doing something right. I had my first crossfit dream last night and didn't wake up screaming.

Working and not working out for almost 3 weeks here, so not feeling too fit, bad one to come back on. Miserable. 26:12 as rx'd. Oh, and I did this one after hitting a big ol bucket of balls at the driving range, so I have a solid 5 blisters of varying sizes on my hands....
