Could be either, but my vote is the Double Unders. It's a total body commitment move - Everything is squeezing at first.

Later, you'll likely be able to execute them with less general tension - Activated in some places, loose in others.

Hmm. Good question Jason. York Barbell is likely the closest manufacturer, but there may be a closer distributor. I'll go hunting.
