Is it me or does Evan seem especially sinister in the backgound? Arms crossed, watching his subjects do what he says. I can't tell but I'm pretty sure he's laughing too.

So uh, if anybody cares, I did 2 sets +50 squats and 1 muscle up of nasty girls under really sub optimal conditions (post-1 hr squash, hungry, and I'm a big baby) in the vicinity of 16 minutes. Not particularly impressive, especially considering the dnf, but I did do 11 actual muscle ups before switching to 4xPU/Dip subs, including 5 in a row, which is tote sweet.

Its a mean one, I think I'm pretty close to being able to do it as Rx'd(when fresh). Whats holding me back in that regard is still the muscle ups. But honestly what kills me the most effort wise and causing me to require rest wise are the power cleans, they just sap the juice right out of ya.
