75 Inverted Burpees
75 Burpees (Yay Burpees!)

The Inverted Burpee: Starting supine, kip (or sit-up and roll) to standing, kick-up to handstand. This burpee derivative involves similar amounts of work and greater skill than the traditional burpee.

Jason, Are you going to Titan Fit for this one???? You and the coach could have fun with it.

Evan, what should we do for rest? 3-1?

This is quite possibly the most evil thing I've seen yet. Thank god it happened on a Thursday.

Jason, We would never want you to publicly humiliate yourself......at least not on our behalf. However, If your regular burpees are "sad" does that mean that the inverted ones are happy?

Laura, you are more than welcome to try this one at home and than post your time :)

Congrats to Cameron on a new PR!

Rx'd

Cameron S. - 16:34 (PR by ~2.5 min)
Kevin - 24:02 (though ROM needs some work, good job!)

Scaled

Pat - 14:24 (50/50 Wall walk-ups/ Elevated surface burpee)
Ken - 12:00 (25/25 Wall walk-ups/ Knee burpees)
Marcia - 13:21(25/25 Matt walk-ups/ Elev. Surface Knee burpees)

On the topic of rest:

When you're feeling beat up - Take it!

Diesel programs for a 6 day On 1 day Off cycle, but assumes that its athletes will be taking a rest day some where in the middle. Think of it as 5-6 times a week, provided you are recovering. Coach even describes CrossFit as a 5-6x per week program in his article "What is Fitness".
