I think Jason and I are on the same page, I tend to refresh the website quite often at night in anticipation of the coming WOD.

Split jerk is awesome. I love it too. It would be acceptable for a WOD that called for "jerk", much like "Sit-Up" may be done on the floor or the GHD; where-as seeing "GHD Sit-up" listed in a WOD specifies the particular type of sit-up to be performed.

To sum up:
Jerk = Any variety of Dip, drive & drop
Push Jerk = the squat variety
Split Jerk = the split variety

Sorry you had to miss today Laura, but it will be good to see you 4x next week.

Jason, I'll have to watch your eccentric on the push jerk. Hopefully, we will be able to make it 100% pain-free.
