Self-imposed hand stand practice last night killed my arms and shoulders for today. But since my legs felt fresh and my cardio is slightly worse than a corpse I thought I'd try Tuesday's WOD, aptly named I might add. I don't have a bar, but did the squats wearing a weight vest with 97.5lbs in it.

Very well done Matt! That's a good time on your first crippler (weighted vest was a great choice for a sub), and handstand practice is where it's at.
