Still have some updating to do as this was based off of GRs as of 10/22.
Jason thats a really good question. I still think the CrossFit burpee is right between a slurpee and a strict burpee, but I have no idea if that is correct. All I know is..... Yay burpees!!
All 3 types of burpees will be reviewed, with their merits and flaws. Which type of burpee you use is entirely up to you.
