Missed today, but we have a permission slip. Me and Amy spent the morning at the grocery store, shopping for Zone friendly products. We're 2 meals down, and we're feeling healthier already! -R

Worked out from home. Did a reprise of last winter's white out work out. My goal was to hit a similar (maybe slightly better) score to last time. But to be more consistent. I did it for sit-ups and squats. Not so much for push-ups.

Push-Ups
10/10/10/10/5/4/4/4
Tabata Score = 4
Total Push-Ups = 57
Sit-Ups
10/10/10/10/10/10/10/10
Tabata Score = 10
Total Sit-Ups = 80
Squats
13/13/13/13/13/13/13/13
Tabata Score = 13
Total Squats = 116

Total Tabata Score = 27
Total Reps = 254

I just want to say that CrossFit (Diesel of course!!) has forever changed my life. If it wasn't for you I would have never done Nelson's Fat Ass in January and hence would never have known how incredible trail running is. I did the Seneca Creek Greenway Trail Marathon today. It was 27.5 miles of trails, hills, creeks, burnt grass, and a little pavement. It took me 7 hours and 40 minutes (with many pit stops to fuel up/stay hydrated). http://senecacreektrailrace.com/
It was humbling. And freakin' awesome!! Thank you CrossFit Diesel.

Is that crossfit wrecking you Evan?

Good chance of it, Cain.

And awesome job, Kassim on going for a WOD double-up!

They are twice as hard as a regular WOD (but I don't have to tell you that).

You kicked butt, regardless and we'd love to see you at Diesel again soon!

Those are from ATP.

There are some at Christian's Fitness Factory, in Lancaster PA.

The brand is "Garage Ink" (I think). They should work just as well and Christian's is local, so maybe better shipping?

Don't know.
