Looking at the 6/27 posts... Jason, did you ever use the KT tape? My therapist recommends it. I've been wearing it about a week for my PF--in combination with the massage the pain has decreased significantly. It's not meant to cure, but to alleviate the pain and allow the inflammation to subside, so the fascia can heal.

It beats a walking boot!
