I was just checking the main site and saw that there is Level 1 course early in 2011 in this area:

I'm definitely not ready for this but I'm sure there're likely to be other interested folks...!

Evan, I need some subs. I was thinking 95# front squat, one handed burpees (like Rocky), and GHD sit ups. Thoughts?

I just got home from doing this WOD tonight and I wanted to say that I seriously thought I was going to die...that was BRUTAL! Congrats to all you Diesel All-Stars for rocking it tonight!!!!

i finish in 11:35 (should have gone rx'd, i know), then go over to cheer on my mom who is still rocking out.
"good job mom. where you at?"
"what do you mean where am i? i'm doing thrusters."
"yeah, how many have you done?"
