(BUT I stopped TWICE- once to tighten the straps on my shoes and once to turn up my music, wish I did not stop, I might have been in the under 9 minutes club.
I also think I perfected my form. The first 300 km were total chaos, I was near winded and should not have been, so I paid attention to my form and guess what, it totally sucked. So I had a little 'rowing clinic' from 300-1000 km and from 1000 - 2000 was smooth sailing. I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, but not winded ;)
(I did it at the Columbia Gym on a sweet rower at 6/10 level on the side. Purred like a kitten.)
So, I am going to make this one up later but wanted to try "Gates of Hell" from last week. 100 thrusters (65#) with 3 Knees to Elbows and 3 burpees on every minute. Made it to 90 or 92 (someone lost count in the frustrated state). UGH! That was hard.

Today's mainsite wod and mobility wod look awesome. Anybody out there?
Put on the headlamp and ran around wild lake. approx 2k. Its fun to sprint through the darkness.
