Evan, is this WOD designed to make us look forward to burpees?!! Just wanted to let you all know that today was the first day of the Commonwealth Games and a Nigerian teenager won the first gold medal in Olympic lifting with a games record of 175 kgs (77Kg/169lbs snatch & 98kg/216lbs C & J). I take it there is no partitioning on this WOD. Is that correct?

Correct. Its a chipper, like the Filthy 50.

The twist is that you can perform it either in ascending or descending order.

Yep, I think descending is the way to go. Psychologically, I find that easier.
