Today Rachel and I visited Gunx CrossFit in Gardiner, NY.
21-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time
pull-ups (Rachel: green band)
95# press (Rachel: 45# push press)
95# back squat (Rachel: 45# squat)
V-ups

Today at CF NYC (aka the black box): 400 meter walking lunge: 17:20 (not sure why I was so slow, I was enjoying the pain maybe?) followed by 3 rounds of 1 minute max rep #55 push press. Most reps per round was 16 for me.

CF New Paulz (GunX CF) and CF NYC were nice... but our place seriously kicks ass.
