Olympic-style snatch and clean & jerk as well as a third CrossFit event called the Triplet. The Triplet will be as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of six squat cleans (55kg men / 30kg women), 12 pull-ups and 24 double unders.
The soul crusher: 400m of 135# overhead walking lunge with chains attached at the waist dragging two 70# KBs behind. Then, tire flip with tire behind you, finishing with handstand push ups with your head and shoulders submerged in a tub of water. I think that covers most planes of motion. As you can see, my job is not very exciting. Also, this makes WODs like Fran and Angie less demoralizing.
Hook a car battery up to those chains and put some sharks in the HSPU tank, and you can count me in. Although I may scale it to just eating a sandwich. Go ahead J, make a comment, I just set you up.
Yeah, that 20oz cheeseburger at Cheeburger Cheeburger is definitely a gym record. Not sure everybody can easily top that, if you include the fries and a shake.
