In Girevory, the long cycle Clean & Jerk refers to cycling through a clean from the hang position, then a jerk over head.
Here is an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cp-gB1NnXTw
While the competitor in the video did a 10 minute cycle, we will be doing a 5 minute cycle, resting, and then performing another one with the alternate arm.
... and for those who where curious, a Short Cycle C&J would be 1 Clean to the shoulder, then as many reps as possible of the Jerk, in the time allotted.
*Everytime you stop and rest with your chest on the ground this constitutes a penalty. If a penalty is counted, you must immediately sprint 200M. Once the penalty is completed continue with the push ups.
21:10 with about 10x200m sprints
This was a brutal workout as I was still sore after Murph! I'm done with pushups for the week...unless CFD does them on friday or saturday.

No problamo,
When terminology is pulled from sport-specific sources, the jargon can get a little confusing.
i.e.
triple extension
hollow body
pose
etc.

Didn't do the back squats today.

I quickly learned that there is a wrong way and a right way (or less wrong) way to do these. Some reps felt real funky on my shoulder.
