"Fight Gone Bad"

Move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

3 Rounds for Points:

Wall-ball 20/ 15 # ball (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull 75/ 53 # (Reps)
Box Jump 20" box (Reps)
Push-press 75/ 53 # (Reps)
Row (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate", the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Someone will partner up with you and do the scoring for you. That person might also have a pvc pipe in hand to ensure you complete the workout. :-)

Let's dream big. 20 points for each one minute block to get 300. 20 calories worth of rowing in one minute is insane, so I'll have to make up points elsewhere. Box jump seems like the only option.

Dan you hit 300, it'll be a gym record my man. Pat put up 297 last time. Remember the order in which you start the exercises may be important.
