What do people use to keep track of PRs? I can hardly tell you what any of mine are. Does someone have a spreadsheet or something they use that they wouldn't mind sharing?
There are a few websites that do it:
noscrolls.com
logsitall
beyondthewhiteboard
and probably a dozen more.
Personally, I used an excel spreadsheet for about a year to log my PR's 1RM's and "the Girls"
I'm with E on this one. I track the ladies and my 1 rep maxes in an excel spread sheet in columns of months. Nice thing is you can put together graphs of your progress. Only downside is you can't really track your power output in excel, or at least I haven't found a way other than using the http://www.performancemenu.com/resources/powerOutput.php website.
