The alternative coaching advice: Suck it up! When the other athletes are on your tail, GO FASTER! You are in training 24-7. Nutrition, Met-Con, Gymnastics, Weightlifting & Throwing - Get it Done!
Well, Mt. Everest is still waiting to be surmounted. We decided to enforce a strict 15 minute time limit on this WOD. Most folks striped weight down after attacking the first several rounds with fervor. The carnage was great, and the epic tale of all that survived the WOD will live on. Take heed, for this WOD will strike again ... be ready!
