Some of you have asked about tracking your workouts. There are many free programs on the market for individual use. http://www.beyondthewhiteboard.com/

I am personally still stuck in the dark ages and simply use pen and paper to track my progress.
Oh I looked it up and all the oly moves were PRs for me today!
I'm a big fan of www.runningahead.com for logging my workouts.
Also, I spoke to the 6 o'clockers today along with Mandi and Evan about the benefits of CF and how it can transfer to ultrarunning. Here's an email I got from a guy last night (I hope people read this late on todays WOD!):
"I've been doing Crossfit for 2 years now. I just finished my first 100 miler (VT100) a couple weeks ago doing nothing but CF and CFE (less than 20 miles per week and long run being 13.1 miles or less)."
Luckily for us at Diesel, I gave Mandi the details of a free 50k coming up in january. How many CF Diesel members can finish? My guess is more than you think :)

Almost forgot the best part! It is in Columbia (Lake Elkhorn) and the winner gets a homemade apple pie! If that's not enticing, nothing is.
Mmmmm ... I could run for some pie
