this looks like a quick but intense WOD...very excited!

I think its a good one to double up the front squat/ghd WOD with..why not destroy my body before the rest this weekend!! ill be there 6 and 7 tomorrow!

I have a couple rookies interested in attending saturday's class. Is that ok, or should i encourage them to do the intro class?

Jamison, they could do both.

You are totally welcome to bring the rookies in for Saturday's WOD, and any future WOD for that matter.

The Intro Class is a great on-ramping tool. The next one starts on the Monday the 20th & if your friends are interested in delving deep into the fundamentals, than they should definitely sign up.
