Swim drills and underwater swi...The WOD Today was:<br /><br />Swim drills and underwater swim technique<br /><br />5 minutes of swimming for max distance<br /><br />3 rounds for time of:<br /><br />25 yard underwater swim<br />25 squats<br /><br />Josh, Zane, Lauren and Brian were there, but times and distances were not officially recorded. WOD varied between 3:16 and 4 minutes.
